Shipping policy

DELIVERY

After your order has been processed we will endeavour to have the item knitted, finished and packaged within 10 days from receipt of order. Purl English will advise you as soon as the order has been dispatched.
UK Deliveries are expected to be received within 1-2  working days from date of dispatch and will be sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel.

Deliveries within the EU are expected to be received within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch and will be sent using the Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel.
Deliveries to the rest of the world are expected to be received within 6-7 working days from date of dispatch and will be sent using the Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. (Please note that Import Duties may apply on receipt of the parcel, Purl English have no control over this and the customer is responsible for the charges.)

Any change to the above circumstances such as busy times of year for transit or availability of Cashmere, Purl English will advise you at the point of order.
